Overall weight loss through a balanced diet and regular cardio exercise can help reduce size, while chest-strengthening exercises like push-ups can improve firmness. Results usually take a few weeks with consistent effort. —Foods: Increase lean protein (eggs, fish, chicken, beans, Greek yogurt) Eat more vegetables and fruits Choose whole grains instead of refined carbs Reduce sugary drinks, pastries, and processed foods Drink plenty of water –Exercises: Cardio 30–45 minutes, 4–5 times/week (brisk walking, jogging, cycling, skipping) Chest exercises 3–4 times/week (push-ups, chest press, chest fly, plank holds) ----This helps reduce overall body fat and improve breast firmness over time.
