hi mam my son was 11years 8months old, he was 148cm weight 50kg , please advise hime how to grow height and reduce weight , daily he is going to athletics but no result daily before 7pm i am giving him lite food mostly suated veggies with chicken brest, panner salad, help me toget height fast

Hello 11-12 years is an important growth phase and both height and weight reduction is very well possible so dont worry we are here to help you out Height is 148 Weight is 50 kg this indicates slight higher weight for age but not obesity IMPORTANT CORRECTION IN DIET See giving only light evening meal daily may reduce the nutritions needed for height growth For height increase body needs proteins calcium good sleep healthy fat DIET FOR HEIGHT GROWTH Daily include Milk with 1 tsp ghee Soaked almonds Sesame seeds Homemade curd(daytime) FOr protein- Include egg, PANEER ,moong dal EXERCISE FOR HEIGHT it is good that he is already doing athletics also include Stretching exercise Skipping rope handing on bar With Proper routine this height will increase and weight will also reduce Strong body Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
