Im 46 years old male. I'm 170cm height and 110 kg weight. I have fatty liver and obesity issues, please suggest ayurvedic remedies for me to reverse the fatty liver and become an ideal weight

—You have fatty liver mainly due to long-term obesity and low physical activity. In Ayurveda, this is related to excess Meda dhatu (body fat) and weak digestion (Agni). ----Rx 1)Tab. Arogyavardhini Vati – 2 tabs BD after food 2)Tab. Punarnava Mandur – 2 tabs BD after food 3)syl Livtone 2 tsf BD after food 4) Triphala Churna – 3 g HS with warm water 5) Haridra Churna – 3 gm with Luke warm milk in night Duration: 1 month ---- diet Avoid fried, oily, sugar, bakery, processed food. No alcohol. Early light dinner. Barley, millets, green vegetables, moong dal preferred. Warm water throughout the day. —Follow this Brisk walk 30–40 min daily Surya Namaskar 5 rounds Kapalabhati 5 min daily — Follow-up after 1 month –LFT repeat after 1 month
