Help for OCD and Mood Swings - #51664

सर मेरा नाम आकाश है मुझे कई सालों से ocd की शिकायत है, दवा लेने पर ये समस्या कुछ समय के लिए कम हो जाती है दवा बन्द करने पर पुनः चालू हो जाती है, मुझे कई बार अचानक गुस्सा आता है किसी व्यक्ति के विषय मे कभी बुरा सोचने लगता हूँ बाद मे अचानक अच्छा सोचने लगता हूँ नींद भी ठीक नही आती आलस्य रहता है
