Since you are kapha prakruthi avoid all sweet ,creamy cakes ,unctuous food oily too much spicy and salty. You can take fruits , green leafy vegetables, millets ,proteins ,lean meats . Regular exercise for 30 minutes 10 min small waln after taking food Drink warm water at empty stomach Add some pepper to your diet take veg salads You can take triphala tab 1-0-1 after food If you are obese try to reduce weight and triphala will help in reducing the excess fat from your body Start with portion reduction Take small fastings Drink lime juice in between hours Avoid too much carbs

Dinacharya (daily routine): Wake up early, clean body, and start day calmly. Drink warm water and do mild exercise like Yoga. Eat meals at fixed times; sleep early at night. Ritucharya (seasonal routine): Change diet and lifestyle as per seasons. In summer take cooling foods; in winter take warm, nourishing foods. Ahara (diet): Eat fresh, warm, homemade, and easily digestible food. Include all six tastes in balanced quantity. Avoid junk, stale, very spicy or very cold food. Vihara (lifestyle): Maintain good habits like exercise, meditation, and proper rest. Avoid stress, overwork, and irregular routines to keep doshas balanced. As ur body is of kapha type so take more of Millets , fibre rich vegetable salads in the morning In evening take simple food like vegetables soup , chapati etc Fast once in a week Do some physical activities like walking These will help u to maintain the doshas Thank you

I understand what you’re feeling… that sense of being out of sync with your body often comes when kapha dosha starts accumulating silently, even if your energy feels stable right now. The good thing is — with the right routine and diet, kapha can be balanced very naturally Diet • Eat: warm, light, spicy food • Use: ginger, black pepper, turmeric • Prefer: millets, moong dal, veggies . Avoid: cold food, heavy/oily, sweets Routine • Wake early • Dailv exercise (must • No davtime sleep • Early light dinner Herbs • triphala at night • trikatu (small dose • daily ginger Key: keep body warm, light, active This is general guidance. For proper dosha balance, digestion (agni) needs personal correction If you want, I can make a personalized plan (diet + exact medicines) for you
