Uske pediatrician ke saath follow up rakhna bhaut important hai. Usko kabhimiss na kare. Uske overall mental and physical growth after meningitis thodi slow hoge so jyada uspe kisibhi cheej ka stress na de. With time healing and development normal hoe DO -Light food like moong dal chaval -All vegetables with very less oil -Dry fruits at 11 am snackin time : Almonds-4, Walnuts-1, Dates-2, Figs- 1. Ho sake toh in sabko ghee mein roas karke uske small size laddo (pedha size) banake usko daily dena. -Cow Milk atleast twice a day before sunset. -Daily do Bhramari pranayam and Tratak. -Make a habit of daily 15 mins sitting calm meditating on either some mantra or music (4 Hz or 8 Hz) or flute music. - Lavender oil drops on her pillow cover 2-3 drops when she sleeps. DONT Packed and processed foods. Market made snacks. Fried food Spicy food Medication Saraswati granules Mix in a cup of cow milk and give twice a day Brahmi ghrita 3 tsp in the whole day with meals. Syp. Suvarna yukta Saraswatarishta 1 and half tsp twice a day after food Brahmi oil head massage for 20 mins daiky in the morning and followed by hair wash. (keep short hair to avoid cold and cough with daily hair wash) Tab. Manasmitra vatakam 1 tab at bed time
