What to do for excess pitta causing digestive issues and bloating with loose motion? - #54398

Excess pitta has caused mandagni.So whatever i eat i am not able to digest causing aam formation bloating.My motion is loose ( NOT watery just shapeless)but only once a day in morning.Also skin problem, frequent hunger & weight gain issue. Tried dadimashtaka,bilvadi but they r causing sticky motion bcoz aam is there.So i took chitrakadi for digesting aam but that increases pitta😭😭 I don't understand what to do? Should i have KUTKI or Avipattikar?Pls tell any medicine which cures pitta in just a day or two bcoz can't take light diet for long. I Don't ❌️have acidity problem but.

This looks like Pitta aggravation with impaired Agni (Mandagni) and Ama formation—so the key is not strong “digestive stimulants” first, but gentle Ama-pachana + Pitta cooling together. What you should NOT do right now Chitrakadi (too heating → worsens Pitta) Strong deepana-pachana alone (will increase burning, skin issues, loose stools) Spicy, fried, fermented foods What will actually help (safe balance approach) 1. Best medicine choice Alsactil tab - 2 tab twice a day after meal Sukumarkwath tab - 1 tab twice a day after meal Avipattikar Churna – best first choice → removes Pitta + supports digestion gently Kutki (Picrorhiza) – good for liver + Ama + skin → but should be used in small dose, not alone if stool is loose 1 Ideal combo (simple): Avipattikar Churna (main) Kutki only if skin + Ama is strong (short course) 2 Simple home support Warm water + coriander seed water (din bhar sip karein) 1 tsp soaked munakka / raisins in morning (mild Pitta calming) Jeera + saunf water after meals 3.
