मैं 33 साल का हूँ और चिंता और सामाजिक चिंता से जूझ रहा हूँ, ध्यान केंद्रित नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ, एकाग्रता कमजोर है, याददाश्त कमजोर है, बोलते समय हकलाता हूँ, याद रखने में कठिनाई होती है। मैं अश्वगंधा और कुछ अन्य चीजें ले रहा हूँ लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हो रहा है, खासकर डर और आत्मविश्वास की कमी। मैं आत्मविश्वास से बोलना चाहता हूँ। जब मैं किसी से बात करता हूँ तो मुझे चिंता और तनाव होता है, तो क्या आप कृपया तुरंत राहत के लिए कोई अच्छी दवा बता सकते हैं?

Hi mam, I uses to stay alone since childhood,overthinking habit for past and future,I am getting suffer to meet the persons,jam unable to speak fluently and unable to remember while speaking that is one of the reason to avoid speaking in public .I have been using English medicine since 2020 but no use . currently my sleeping is good compare to past.

Ayurveda sees anxiety as a vata imbalance, which means your mind and body might be outta sync. One idea is to incorporate some simple daily routines to help ground you.

Start by getting up around the same time each day. Consistency is key here. Engage in morning routines, like abhyanga (self-massage) with warm sesame oil before showering. This not only soothes vata but also makes you feel more connected with your body.

Diet’s a big player too. Try eating warm, cooked meals. Root veggies like sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets are excellent for grounding. Avoid cold and stale foods, as they may increase vata imbalance.
