Medha vati- 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water Ashwagandha capsule- once daily Saraswathi aristha- 2 tsp with equal quantity of water twice daily after food Neck and upper limb weakness might be due nerve compression so I suggest once to do mri c spine
