Limited blood flow to the brain and your described symptoms can indeed be concerning, and Ayurveda offers several natural ways to promote better circulation, which may help alleviate headaches and nerve-related discomforts you’re experiencing. One effective approach is to work on balancing the Vata dosha, as imbalances here may cause nerve-related issues.

Start with your diet: focus on warming, nurturing foods that are easy to digest, like cooked vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats such as ghee. Avoid processed, cold, or raw foods as they can exacerbate Vata imbalances. Including spices like turmeric, ginger, and black pepper can also stimulate circulation.

Daily abhyanga, or oil massage, with warmed sesame or Brahmi oil is beneficial too—apply this gently to the scalp, hands, and feet to enhance nerve function and blood flow. Practicing this in the morning helps set a comforting and invigorating tone for the day ahead.

Exercise is important, so engage in activities that get the blood moving, but be gentle on the body. Fast-paced walking or yoga, especially poses like the downward dog and forward bends, are great for improving circulation to the brain. Pranayama (breathing exercises) such as Anulom-Vilom can enhance oxygenation to the brain, further boosting blood flow.

Herbs like Brahmi and Ashwagandha could be helpful as well—try taking them in the morning with warm water or milk for best affects. These have traditionally been used to support brain health and circulation.

Finally, remember stress management is essential—I suggest incorporating mindfulness or meditation practices to calm the mind and nurture balance throughout your body.

Of course, if your symptoms persist or worsen, reaching out to a healthcare provider for further evaluation is crucial as sometimes these symptoms may require more immediate attention. Always prioritize safety with any health concerns.
