Including healthy fats like ghee and oils can also be beneficial. Steer away from raw, cold, and dry foods, which can aggravate Vata.

Herbs and Formulations: Ashwagandha is known to strengthen the mind and help soothe anxiety. Brahmi is another herb often used for mental health, promoting clarity and calmness. You might want to incorporate these in your daily routine, perhaps in the form of teas or powder.

Routine: Establishing a consistent daily routine, including regular sleep patterns, is crucial for calming the Vata dosha. Try to wake up and go to bed at the same time each day.

Mind-Body Practices: Yoga and Pranayama can aid significantly. Simple breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhan & Bhramari can calm the mind. Engage in these practices regularly, preferably under guidance at first.

Ayurvedic Treatments: Sometimes therapies like Abhyanga (oil massage) can pacify Vata and offer relief. If available, consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatments.

Most importantly, if symptoms are affecting your day-to-day life or causing distress, seek professional help immediately. Therapy and medications, if recommended by a healthcare provider, should not be ignored or delayed. Ayurveda can complement these conventional treatments safely when used thoughtfully.
