Herbal supplements like Ashwagandha may support hormonal balance and reduce anxiety. Mix one teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with warm milk and drink once daily, preferably in the evening.

Create a routine to ground yourself—try to wake up and go to bed at the same times each day. This regularity helps stabilize Vata. Light exercise, such as walking or gentle yoga like Vrksasana (Tree Pose) or Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), can also benefit hormonal health.

When you’are feeling especially anxious throughout the day, pause and take deep breaths, allowing yourself to regain focus. Make your bedroom a restful space, limiting screen time an hour before sleep to promote better rest.

Even though your tests have been clear, if you experience discomforts or there are changes in your symptoms, do consult your healthcare provider for a thorough examination. This will ensure all underlying factors are properly monitored.
