मुझे हकलाने की समस्या है। खासकर N, I, A, U अक्षरों पर रुक जाता हूँ। इन अक्षरों पर होंठों में अजीब सी रुकावट होती है। कभी-कभी इन अक्षरों पर सांस लेने में भी परेशानी होती है और लगातार बोलते समय सांस टूट जाती है।

Focus on speech therapy exercises also. Simple repetition of challenging sounds or words in a slow, deliberate manner can help in retraining speech patterns. Choose a time when you’re not rushed or fatigued; it’s about building comfort and confidence gradually.

A regular evening routine promoting relaxation is beneficial. You might try an oil massage (abhyanga) with warmed sesame oil to nourish the nervous system, followed by a warm bath. Minimize screen time before bed, opting instead for reading or listening to soothing music to ease into restful sleep.

Remember, while Ayurvedic practices can assist with balance and relief, consider consulting with a professional speech therapist or medical practitioner for stammering and breath-related concerns that hinder daily life markedly. They provide complementary insights and help manage symptoms effectively alongside Ayurvedic recommendations.
