Mughe ghabrahat, darr, jaisa lagta rehta hain. Din mein kai kai baar aisa lagta hain mano saans lene mein koi dikkat ho rahi hain. Anxiety jaisa feeling lagta hai. Khana khane ke baad bhi kabhi kabhi lagta hai. Bahut jyada pareshan rehta huun. Pichle 1-2 yr se ye problem hain. Pse suggest. Jyada der tv dekhne se bhi hone lagta hain.
