Mujhe apne pati ki maut ka dar lagta hai ki main unke bina reh nahi paungi jabki wo abhi bilkul healthy hain. Jab bhi unse dur hone ka khayal man mein aata hai to bahut dar lagta hai. Ek baar panic attack bhi aa chuka hai. Kabhi kabhi sochne par bahut ghabrahat hoti hai, breathing problem ho jati hai, weakness jaisa lagta hai, vomiting jaisa lagta hai. Mujhe ab bhukh bhi nahi lagti. Search se mujhe pata chala yeh thanatophobia hai. Please help me.
