Struggling with Insomnia and Anxiety - #50543

Hi there, I have been struggling with insomnia for the last 9 years. I don’t have trouble falling asleep, but I wake up every 2/3h and going to the toilet to urinate. I try to go to sleep not later than 10am and but my body naturally wake me up around 5/6am. It often happens to be awake around 2:30 or 3am every night, it seems like a pattern. I experience anxiety if I don’t sleep, low mood and I feel confused all day long. I’m 36 years old, I had a baby20 months ago and things are getting harder because I don’t have enough energy during the day. I do exercise, eat healthy, my weight is 57kg and high 1,68cm. Has some trouble with my hormones in the past where I didn’t have my period for 2 years or my hormones were very low. My mind always overthink and is very hard for me to relax and stop my thoughts. I experience at night hot lower legs since pregnancy and some sweating especially before my period. In my family runs some cholesterol issues and liver, including myself. I’m currently taking: vid D, vit b6, gaba supplement and passion flower.One of my friend lives in India and talked to me about homeopathy. Does anyone has any advice or could really help me?
