Hello Firstly focus on positive things or thoughts. Meditation is main focus here let all the negative thoughts will come into mind it's ok but don't open eyes then slowly it will vanish start with Positive thoughts. Do walking in morning hours that too better in park . Limit your screen time . When you wake up In the morning just tell that I will think positive and do positive things 1) cap stresscom 1-0-1 after food 2) saraswatharista with gold 5ml-0-5ml with 5ml water after food 3) Brahmi taila for head massage weekly twice Do follow these for month then reconsult me Thank you

According to Ayurveda, stress and anxiety are often caused by an imbalance in Vata dosha (air & space elements). Vata governs movement, nervous system activity, and mental agility. When aggravated, it leads to restlessness, fear, and racing thoughts. Depression, on the other hand, is often linked to an imbalance in Kapha dosha (earth & water elements), causing heaviness, lethargy, and sadness. First try to be mentally strong by making this changes 1. Gratitude Practice Write down 3 things you’re grateful for every morning or night. This rewires the brain for positivity. 2. Limit Social Media & Negative News Reduce exposure to negative news and excessive screen time that can contribute to stress. 3. Express Emotions Through Journaling Writing your thoughts and emotions in a journal can help release mental burdens and bring clarity. 4. Mindfulness & Positive Thinking Observe your thoughts without judgment. Replace negative self-talk with affirmations like: "I am calm, strong, and in control." "Everything is happening for my highest good." 5. Connect with Supportive People Spend time with friends, family, or a support group who uplift you. Engage in acts of kindness to shift focus away from stress. Lifestyle changes 1. Wake up early around 6 or before that practice yoga , morning sun exposure and hydration 2. You can do body massage daily.before bath at home or weekly once you can do sarvanga Abhynagam , followed by bashpa sweda at nearest ayurvedic center 3. Do mild exercises like walking , yoga or dance 4. Sound sleep pattern - maintain a fix sleep schedule . Avoid screen time 1 hour before sleep Internal medications - You can start with this medicines it will call your mind 1. Kalyanka ghritham 1 tsp , morning empty stomach followed by warmwater 2. Stresscom 1-0-1 before breakfast and dinner 3. Saraswathristham 15ml-015ml + 30 ml water after breakfast and dinner 4. S.g. tabs 2 tablets at bed time Follow this routine for 1 month and let me know the changes😊

Hi Kaifi, Can you tell me if there are any specific triggers for your anxiety, like certain situations or people? Do you notice any physical symptoms when you're feeling stressed, such as tension in your body, trouble sleeping, or heart palpitations? Have you tried any lifestyle changes, like exercise or meditation, to help manage your anxiety? In Ayurveda, anxiety and depression are often related to imbalances in Vata and Pitta doshas, which affect the mind and emotions. I recommend using Ashwagandha and Brahmi to calm the mind and improve focus. Jatamansi is also helpful for reducing stress and anxiety. Practicing daily meditation or Pranayama (breathing exercises) can help ground your mind, and a warm, nourishing diet with foods like soups, stews, and herbal teas can help stabilize your mood. Consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance.
