Kindly check your IgE level and if any specific good intake is causing rahes and itching then you may do food allergen test through which you can know which food is causing allergic effect to you .. You reduce your hyperallergic effect you are advised to take following medications 1. Haridra khandan 1 tsp with honey morning empty stomach 2. Histantin 2-0-2 after breakfast and dinner

Your experience with rashes and itching after eating indicates a possible allergic reaction to certain foods. Ayurveda views food allergies as a signal from your digestive system — or agni — that it is having difficulty processing certain substances due to an imbalance. Identifying the specific allergenic food can require some attention to detail. Initially, try keeping a food diary. Note down everything you eat and any symptoms that follow. This allows for patterns to be identified over time. While keeping the diary, avoid common allergens like dairy, gluten, peanuts, and shellfish to see if symptoms improve. Gradually reintroduce them one at a time to pinpoint the cause — give them a day or two in between to accurately assess the results. Understanding your dosha is also important here. If you are predominantly Vata, Pitta, or Kapha, certain foods might aggravate your constitution and present themselves as "allergic" reactions. Ayurvedically speaking, rashes and itchiness indicate an excessive Pitta energy; it might be help to reduce spicy, hot, sour, and salty foods which are known to increase Pitta. In terms of balancing treatment, Triphala can be used as it's known to support digestion and cleanse the body naturally. Consume half a teaspoon mixed with warm water at night. Neem leaves are cooling and may soothe skin; apply a paste made from fresh Neem leaves to the affected area for some relief. Consider consulting a professional for allergy testing if the rashes persist or worsen. This condition may need more specialized care alongside Ayurvedic practicies. Remember, prioritizing safety through professional medical guidance is essential if any severe allergy symptoms appear – such as difficulty breathing or swelling. This requires emergency medical attention.
