Hamid, it seems like you’re experiencing a rare reaction to common pain relief medications, which is something that definetely requires attention. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this could be an indication of an imbalance in your doshas or a sensitivity in your system.

Firstly, it’s crucial to stop using those medicines and avoid self-medicating. You’re having an adverse reaction, and continuing use could worsen the situation. Please consult a healthcare professional to get advised treatment for this sensitivity.

In terms of Ayurveda remedies for headache, you might benefit from some natural approaches. One option is to apply a paste made from sandalwood or a mix of sandalwood and rose water to your forehead. Sandalwood has cooling properties and can help soothe pitta, which often contributes to headaches.

Another possibility is to drink a warm herbal tea made from ginger and tulsi (holy basil). This can help alleviate vata and kapha imbalances which might be causing your discomfort. Boil a teaspoon of grated ginger and 5-6 leaves of tulsi in a cup of water for 5-7 mins. Sip on this slowly, preferably in the evening.

Ensure your diet is sattvic and includes fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid processed foods, caffeine and spicy items, which can upset your doshas further.

Also consider incorporating some breathing exercises or mild yoga into your daily routine. Practices like deep breathing or alternate nostril breathing can help calm the mind and regulate prana flow, aiding in headache relief.

Since your symptoms sound quite severe, I’m also inclined to recommend an evaluation with an allergy specialist, who can do some tests to determine specific triggers. Ayurveda can offer supportive care, but it’s important to rule out any serious issues with modern diagnostics. Take care and prioritize your safety first.
