Hello. Stop spicy , oily, salty, sour foods. Brush ur teeths with Divya patanjaali Dntamanjan powder. Massage ur gims wirh irimedadi oil. Then do gaurgles of decotion of triphala + haldi. Take pathyadi kadha 15 ml + 15 ml warm water at night.
