Sensitive teeth ki dikkat, Ayurveda mein dant ka dosa imbalance ke karan hoti hai. Ye vaakly vata ki prakop se judi hoti hai, jisse danton ki majbooti aur samvedansheelata par asar padta hai. Kuch ayurvedic upaay hain jo aapki madad kar sakte hain is samasya se chutkara pane me.

Surprise na ho, pehla step hota hai aapke daily oral care routine ko achchhi tarah se dhyan se dikhana. Sarason ka tel ya til ka tel le kar, raat ko ya subha dant pe malish kariye, halka-halaka se 2-3 minute tak. Isse danton aur gums ko lagbhag fayda hota hai, aur is prakar ke telon ka istemal danton ke liye accha mana gaya hai.

Vyavaharparayan, dant un julabdunta me bhi achchha hai. Trifala churna ko paani mein mila kar dant manjan ki tareh istemal karein, dhyan rahe bohot zyada pressure na daalein jisse danto par aur zyada asar ho. Trifala mein anti-inflammatory gun hote hain jo gums ko swasth banate hai.

Har har mai kya jata hoon, khane pe dhyan dey, khatta aur thanda to kam karna padega, jaise ki aapne khud hi kaha. Lekin dant sehat ko badhawa dene ke liye calcium aur vitamin-rich khadya padarth lein. Dudh, panner, aur nariyal-pani faydemand ho sakte hain ap ke liye.

I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that.
