Whoa, having such a high IgE level can definitely create discomfort, like the red rashes and itching you’re talking about. Sounds like your body’s throwing up some major allergy flags. In Ayurveda, imbalances often relate to an aggravated Pitta dosha mixed possibly with Vata, leading to that inflamed and reactive state in your body. Here’s my take keeping Ayurveda in mind; but remember, don’t skip professional medical advice on this.

First up, dietary tweaks. You might wanna go easy on spicy, sour, and salty foods, they’re a classic no-no for Pitta. Keep meals bland, cooling, and soothing—instead opt for stuff like cooling fruits (think melons, pears), cucumber, and coconut water. Make ghee a friend of yours; it’s actually soothing for inflammation when used in moderation.

And not to forget hydration; emphasize on clean water intake, but avoid iced or super cold beverages, they can mess with your agni, or digestive fire. Drik herbal teas like coriander or cumin infused water they’re mild and might help stabilize.

Now, for the external stuff, I’d say look into topical applications like coconut oil or chamomile tea compresses – they might help calm the itchiness. Aloe vera gel directly from the plant is a good say, if you’re not allergic to it.

Daily routine, trying pranayama practices like shitali or nadi shodhana can be calming for aggravated doshas and mind. Little bit of yoga; think cooling poses, nothing too heating or strenuous – could go a long way.

Lastly, a triphala before bed to support detox might just be helpful in the long run.

But, just a heads up—sometimes with health issues like these, Ayurveda supports but shouldn’t replace medical care. Check with your doctor if this condition seems serious, like it sounds. And forgive my Ayurveda ramble; but hey, all this is about finding balance, no rush! You got this.
