I am really confused and hoping to get some advice from you all. I’ve been dealing with this persistent digestive issue for a while. My stomach feels all knotted up and I’ve been having these weird episodes of bloating and gas. It’s super uncomfortable! I tried a bunch of things, but nothing seems to work. My friend suggested that I try the SNA Dashamoola Jeerakadiarishtam, saying it’s great for digestion. Has anyone here actually used SNA Dashamoola Jeerakadiarishtam?
