Hello For hallucinations, disturbed mind, fear, overthinking

✅ Saraswatarishta

Dose: 15 ml BD

Time: after meals

Anupan: equal water

Duration: 60 days

✅ Manasmitra Vatakam (Gold free preferred)

Dose: 1 tablet BD

Time: after meals

Duration: 45–60 days (If severe symptoms: under physician can go 2 BD)


2) For anxiety, depression, low mood, stress sensitivity

✅ Ashwagandha Churna / Ashwagandha capsule

Dose: 500 mg capsule BD (or 3–5 g churna BD)

Time: after meals
