शराब और तंबाकू की लत केवल शारीरिक नहीं बल्कि मानसिक और आदत आधारित समस्या भी होती है। परिवार का सहयोग सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है। चूंकि आपके पिताजी अभी अधिक प्रेरित नहीं हैं, इसलिए शुरुआत धीरे-धीरे और बिना दबाव के करनी चाहिए। आयुर्वेद अनुसार यह “मदात्यय” एवं “तंबाकू आसक्ति” की स्थिति मानी जाती है, जिसमें मनोबल बढ़ाना, शरीर की शुद्धि और cravings कम करना मुख्य उद्देश्य होता है। –rx 1) Tab. Mentat – 1 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन बाद 2) Cap. Ashwagandha – 1 कैप्सूल रात में दूध के साथ 3) Syp. Liv-52 – 2 चम्मच दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद 4) Aarogyavardhini Vati – 1 गोली सुबह-शाम भोजन बाद —सौंफ + अजवाइन + मिश्री का मिश्रण थोड़ा-थोड़ा चबाएँ जब तंबाकू की craving हो तो इलायची / लौंग चबाएँ — सलाह शराब अचानक बंद न करें; धीरे-धीरे मात्रा कम करें सुबह हल्का व्यायाम, प्राणायाम और अनुलोम-विलोम करें रात देर तक जागना, खाली पेट रहना और तनाव से बचें पर्याप्त पानी, नारियल पानी और फल लें ----यदि शराब बंद करने पर हाथ कांपना, अत्यधिक बेचैनी, नींद न आना, पसीना या BP बढ़ना जैसे लक्षण हों तो तुरंत संपर्क करें, क्योंकि कुछ मामलों में medical detox की आवश्यकता पड़ती है।
