You need to relax by doing yoga( pranayam, onkar chanting) Start with 1)sutsekar ras 250mg (1-0-1) after meal with warm water 2)tab manokam (2-0-2) after meal with water 3) shatavari churna 3gm/1 time in morning with milk -empty stomach

Note: eat food properly, don’t skip meals, try to have black raisins , khajur and pomogranate in your daily schedule.

Hi Alice,

Can you tell me if your vertigo and shortness of breath occur more during stressful times or after long work hours? Also, how is your sleep quality and appetite, and do you have any digestive issues or other physical symptoms? It sounds like the stress and pressure you’re experiencing could be contributing to these feelings, and addressing your emotional well-being, along with physical health, could be key in improving your overall condition.

Good day doctor. The vertigo is often in morning and at times during the day or even when i lie down. I get very tired in the afternoon very sleepy. The shortness of breath is not that often but I think it could be because of the changing season because I dont get it that often, I go to bed late after 12am and get up at 6am so not enough sleep and i skip meals i sometimes eat only afternoon and again late at night. don’t drink water and have two or three cups coffee a day. My husband is threatening divorce and I think that is also causing pressure because he wants a baby and its not happening. I am overworked no time for myself, no one helps me and I think its the biggest factor

I also worry about ciculation I have varicose veins and sometimes worry that it will cause problems because I am not active. My job involves sitting as I am an online teacher

Vertigo with shortness of breath to be ruled out first,I suggest you to first evaluate cardiac wise and to undergo routine blood tests By seeing the reports I can guide you even more better

Recently underwent any blood tests like haemoglobin?? Sometimes easy fatigue giddiness and shortness of breath are associated with low hb

I hear you. It’s a lot to juggle, work, home, baby talk… First off, your symptoms are telling us something ain’t quite balanced. That feeling of vertigo, the anxiety, short breath could be your body’s SOS. We got to figure out what’s flaring your Vata (that wind energy inside ya).

When you’re dealing with constant pressure, a disharmonized Vata can jump out, causing similar symptoms you’re experiencing. So maybe we start with calming that restless wind. Simple things can go a long way.

Try to carve out time for daily Abhyanga, like self-massage with warm sesame oil before your shower. It might seem like you’re losing time, but it actually gives you energy—plus your skin loves it. The oil has a way of grounding that anxious Vata.

Warm, nourishing foods could be your friend right now. Think of comforting, easy-to-digest stuff like kitchari, root veggies, or a warm cup of milk with a dash of nutmeg before bed. I get it, cooking’s a time-sucker; maybe prepare batches to heat up during the week?

And gotta say, meditation or deep breathing, even just 5 minutes a day might help ease that racing mind. Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) is an incredible tool, really balances the internal energies, calms the storm, you know?

Also, listen to your body. Rest when it’s tired, even if it means leaving beds unmade. You can’t pour from an empty cup, as they say.

If the symptoms are worrying you, like if it’s not just occasional, but constant, don’t hesitate to see a professional. You deserve to feel good, to live without all this stress dragging you down. It’s okay to slow down, ask for help, shuffle things around.

These are just starting points, a safe way to try balancing that Vata energy. But if symptoms stick around, it’s super important to reach out to an Ayurvedic practitioner or a healthcare provider who can offer personalized care. Please be kind to yourself, alright?
