नमस्ते सर, मैं शाकाहारी खाना खाता हूँ और खुद भी शाकाहारी हूँ। असल में, मैं जानना चाहता हूँ कि पिछले 2-3 महीनों से या शायद उससे भी ज्यादा समय से मेरे शरीर में क्या हो रहा है। मुझे रात में या कभी-कभी दोपहर में भी किसी के फोन करने पर आसानी से घबराहट हो जाती है। मुझे समझ नहीं आता कि उस समय मेरी धड़कनें इतनी तेज क्यों चलने लगती हैं। ऐसा लगता है कि कोई व्यक्ति एक दिन मर जाएगा। हमेशा नकारात्मक सोचता रहता हूँ। मैं माइग्रेन का मरीज भी हूँ और मुझे पता है कि यह मुझे नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है, फिर भी मैं अपनी नकारात्मक सोच को नियंत्रित नहीं कर पाता। मुझे लगता है कि मुझे सांस लेने में समस्या है... मैं स्पष्ट नहीं हूँ लेकिन मुझे ऐसा महसूस होता है। मेरा वजन बढ़ रहा है, खासकर मेरे हाथों, कंधों और पेट के क्षेत्र में... समझ नहीं आ रहा। मैं रोजाना आधे घंटे या कभी-कभी 1 घंटे तक व्यायाम करता हूँ, फिर भी मुझे ये समस्याएँ हो रही हैं। यही समस्या मैं इस समय झेल रहा हूँ। धन्यवाद।

HELLO, I recommend the following treatment plan for you- 1. Ashwagandharistha+ Saraswatarishtha - 2tsp each with 4tsp water twice a day after meal 2.Brahmi vati 2-0-2 after meals 3. Rogan Badam oil - 2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime.

Diet- Adequate amount of water. Drinks to be consumed- Homemade vegetable juices, coconut water, Herbal tea, Fruits juices, Amla juice, Red juice, Pumpkin Juice, Green juice.

Drinks to be avoided- .All Carbonated drinks, Energy drinks. .Beverages that contain tannic acid, Alcohol. .Eat walnut, cashew, soaked and peeled almonds. .Eat seasonal vegetables and fruits.

Yoga- Anulom vilom, bhastrika, tratak,ujjayi

Lifestyle modifications - .Take atleast 7 hours of sound sleep. .Stress management -Through meditation, walking, journaling, gardening. .Set a positive tune or mantra as your ringtone and keep the sound low to prevent panic. .Om chanting for 5 min daily before sleeping. .During panic attack,take slow deep breaths 3 times and have some water. . Write a gratitude journal. . Watch spiritual and inspirational content. . Speak out positive affirmations. Don’t worry , follow these and you will definitely get relief. Your diet is important too. Favor warm, cooked, and mildly spiced foods. Soups, stews, and well-cooked grains like rice with ghee can be soothing. Avoid cold foods or drinks and excessive raw salads; these can exacerbate Vata. Incorporate calming herbs like ashwagandha and brahmi; you might find them in capsule or powder form, taken with warm milk.

Practices like meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) can help calm the mind and regulate breathing. Alternate nostril breathing is especially beneficial; find a quiet space to practice this twice daily for about 5-10 minutes.

Regarding weight gain, consider your agni (digestive fire). It might be weak, causing poor metabolism. Drinking warm water with ginger can stimulate digestion. Make sure your meals are regular and avoid snacking excessively.
