डॉक्टर, मैं प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहा हूँ, लेकिन पढ़ाई के दौरान ध्यान केंद्रित करने में मुश्किल हो रही है। मेरा मन भटकता रहता है और जो पढ़ता हूँ उसे याद रखना कठिन हो जाता है। कृपया बताएं कि क्या यह तनाव या मानसिक थकान के कारण हो सकता है, और अगर ज़रूरी हो तो कोई उपयुक्त इलाज या दवा सुझाएं।
