The issues you’re facing suggest a possibility of hormonal imbalance, possibly related to PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), which could explain irregular periods, skin issues, and increased hair growth. Ayurveda focuses on balancing the doshas, primarily Vata and Kapha in this case, and strengthening the agni (digestive fire) which can help in managing these symptoms.

Diet is key. Incorporate a diet that balances Kapha and Vata. Consume warm, cooked foods, favoring spices like turmeric, ginger, and cumin to enhance digestion and metabolism. Avoid cold, raw foods, and limit sweets, which could aggravate the doshas. Having triphala at bedtime can support regular digestion and detoxification. Include whole grains, leafy greens, and fresh fruits, focusing particularly on foods rich in fiber.

For your daily routine, wake up early and practice Abhyanga (self-massage with warm sesame oil) to boost circulation and balance Vata. Regular physical activity, such as yoga or brisk walking, can help regulate menstrual cycles. Prioritize pranayama, such as Nadi Shodhana (Alternate nostril breathing), to reduce stress, harmonize the body’s energy, and balance hormones.

Skincare should include the application of a natural mask made of turmeric, chickpea flour, and milk, applied weekly to reduce scars and improve skin tone. This not only aids skin health but also reduces the acne or scars. Use sandalwood paste to treat blemishes, as it naturally soothes and cools the skin.

Consult an Ayurveda practitioner to consider herbal formulations like Shatavari, known for its hormonal balancing properties, and with guidance, ashwagandha for stress management. However, ensure you’re not ignoring critical medical advice, and keep a close collaboration with your primary healthcare provider to address any immediate and urgent medical needs ensuring overall safety and holistic care.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, it seems there may be a disturbance in your hormonal balance, potentially linked to Pitta and Kapha dosha imbalance. This could be affecting both your skin and menstrual cycle. Here’s a holistic approach you could consider:

Dietary adjustments: Favor a diet that pacifies Kapha and Pitta. Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Minimize spicy, oily, and overly processed foods. Drinking warm water with lemon or honey in the morning can help stimulate digestion.

Herbal support: Consider incorporating Shatavari and Ashwagandha. Shatavari is known to support hormonal balance, while Ashwagandha can help manage stress, which often exacerbates hormonal issues. Try a teaspoon of each in milk, once or twice daily.

Daily routine: Regularize your sleep and wake cycle to improve your body’s natural rhythms, aiming for 7-8 hours of sleep nightly. Practice relaxation techniques like meditation, or pranayama (breathing exercises), particularly Anulom Vilom, for 10-15 minutes each day.

External remedies: For your skin, applying herbal pastes made from turmeric and sandalwood powder mixed with rose water might be soothing. It can help reduce blemishes and is anti-inflammatory.

Consult a practitioner: Given the severity of your symptoms, you should consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner or a healthcare professional for a thorough assessment. They can provide personalized treatment based on your prakriti and specific imbalance.

Regular physical activity: Engage in mild exercises like yoga or brisk walking for about 30 minutes a day to help stimulate metabolism and balance hormones.

Ensure you follow your healthcare provider’s guidance, especially regarding any significant changes in your menstrual cycle. If symptoms persist, it’s essential to consult a healthcare provider promptly.
