Steroids is allopathic medicine, and Muktavati, Madhunashini are ayurvedic medicine , and need to be taken for long term, So these medicines - cannot contain steroids.

Divya Muktaa vati and Madhunashini vati do not list steroids or harmful chemicals in their official ingredients. They mainly contains herbal components like Brahmi, Ashwagandha, Gudmar, Giloy, Neem, and Biter gourd

However some Ayurvedic products in the market have been found adulterated (with steroids or heavy metals), so only buy from trusted, licensed brands and check batch / AYUSH numbers

For mild hypertension and prediabetes , these can be used along with -balanced diet- low salt, low sugar -regular exercise, yoga and stress control -periodic Bp and blood sugar monitoring
