Ayurveda ke anusaar yeh Kapha-Vata imbalance aur hormonal dushti ki wajah se ho sakta hai, jis se face puffiness/weight gain, scanty periods aur excessive hair fall ho raha hai. Agni weak hone aur rasa-rakta dhatu imbalance se bhi yeh symptoms badhte hain. Proper hormonal evaluation (thyroid/PCOS) ke saath Ayurvedic treatment, diet correction aur stress management se gradually improvement mil sakta hai. ----rx 1. Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tab bd after food 2. Punarnava Mandur – 1 tab bd after food 3. Ashokarishta – 15 ml + equal water bd after meals 4. Syp Alkacip – 2 tsp bd after meals 5. Bhringraj Churna – 1 tsp hs with lukewarm water ----Advice Avoid oily, sugary, cold & junk food Warm water intake Daily exercise/yoga 30 min Proper sleep & stress control Suggested Tests TSH, CBC, Vit D, B12, USG pelvis

आपके लक्षण—चेहरे की सूजन (face swelling), बहुत अधिक बाल झड़ना और पीरियड्स का सिर्फ 2 दिन आना—यह शरीर में हार्मोनल असंतुलन + कफ (Kapha) व वात दोष की गड़बड़ी और मेटाबॉलिक स्लो डाइजेशन (अग्नि मंदता) की ओर संकेत करते हैं। यह अक्सर अनियमित दिनचर्या, तनाव, गलत खानपान और PCOS जैसे हार्मोनल इम्बैलेंस में देखा जाता है। मुख्य कारण कफ दोष बढ़ना → चेहरे पर सूजन, heaviness वात असंतुलन → बाल झड़ना, पीरियड्स कम होना अग्नि मंद (weak digestion) → टॉक्सिन (Ama) बनना हार्मोनल imbalance (Artava dushti) प्आयुर्वेदिक उपचार 1. अंदर से शुद्धि (Detox & Hormone balance) Triphala Churna – 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने पानी के साथ Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 गोली, दिन में 2 बार (खाने के बाद) Ashwagandha Churna – 1/2 चम्मच दूध के साथ रात में 2. बाल झड़ना रोकने के लिए Bhringraj oil से हफ्ते में 3 बार मालिश Amla + Bhringraj juice सुबह खाली पेट (यदि उपलब्ध हो) 3. चेहरे की सूजन कम करने के लिए सुबह गुनगुना पानी + नींबू + शहद नमक और तले-भुने भोजन कम करें रात को देर से खाना बंद करें 4. डाइट सुधार (बहुत जरूरी) हल्का, ताजा और समय पर भोजन करें ज्यादा नमक, मैदा, मीठा और फास्ट फूड से बचें हरी सब्जियाँ, मूंग दाल, फल बढ़ाएँ 5. जीवनशैली रोज 30 मिनट वॉक या योग (Surya Namaskar बहुत लाभकारी) तनाव कम करें, नींद 7–8 घंटे लें देर रात जागना बंद करें
