I am 38 year old and I get frequent headache, especially right side since 2 years with nausea and irritability and pain reduces with tab naproxen 500 mg , nowadays pain is worsening

Saraswathi aristha- 4 tsp with equal quantity of water twice daily after food
Apply methi seed left middle finger where first joint is there only for 10 minutes only once

Definitely it's migraine but if you have gastritis try to control it as it will trigger the migraine headache
The cause of migraine should be treated.
If u have gastritis issue then take this medicine
1) Madhiphala rasayana 5ml-5ml-5ml with 5ml before food
2) pathyadi khada 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml water after food
3) tab migrakot 1-0-1 after food
4) anu taila 1 or 2drops each nostril in empty stomach in early morning
Do follow these for 15 days you can see lot of changes
Try to avoid taking medicine when u have intolerable then take allopathy medicine.

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, which can often reduce headache intensity.
Next, incorporate stress-relief practices into your daily routine. Yoga and meditation can be particularly helpful for calming the mind and balancing the doshas. Simhasana (Lion Pose) and Shavasana (Corpse Pose) are good starting points. You should also aim for a regular sleep schedule, ensuring at least 7-8 hours of rest each night, as poor sleep can exacerbate headaches.
Consider herbal remedies, such as using Brahmi or Ashwagandha, which help in calming the mind and reducing anxiety. You can take them as prescribed Ayurvedic formulations or consult with a practitioner for the best approach.
Massaging the head, especially the temples, with cool oils such as coconut oil or Brahmi oil, can be soothing. Do this in the evening before sleep to relax and calm any irritability. Dab a few drops of lavender or peppermint oil on your palm, and take deep breaths, as aromatherapy can also provide relief.
Remember, as your pain is worsening now, it’s vital to be cautious and ensure no serious underlying issues contributing. It may be wise to consult with a healthcare provider for a comprehensive evaluation, including ruling out migraines or tension-type headaches requiring specific medical attention.
