I find it difficult to swallow solid food, I don't sleep at nights - #21221

I find it difficult to swallow solid meals and if I want to eat I'll have to take it small small piece and raise my mouth up a bit before food can go. I hardly sleep one hour at nights and I've tried to fall asleep but I couldn't sleep

Hibril oil 5 drops in vertex and a massage

Please do not ignore the swallowing issue — it's important to see a doctor physically very soon. It can be GERD(esophageal problem).
Sleep problem can also become dangerous if it continues.
Meanwhile, you can avoid spicy ,oily,sour thinks
Take small meal portions, and do not sleep immediately after eating. Atleast keep 2 hr gap
