I am really trying to bulk up, but I’m so confused about, like, the best time to drink mass gainer. I often hear different opinions, and it’s super overwhelming. So, I’m usually hitting the gym in the evenings, right? And my workouts are pretty intense. I thought I should have my mass gainer right after my workout, cause, you know, muscle recovery and all that. But then I read somewhere that it might be better to drink mass gainer in the morning or even before the workout! Ugh, so many choices!
