I am feeling kinda lost lately since I’ve been doing a lot of reading about guggul benefits, and honestly, I want to know if anyone here has actually experienced any real changes from using it. So here’s my story—I've been struggling with my weight for the past couple of years. I tried diet after diet, and honestly, I've been feeling pretty hopeless. I read somewhere that guggul can help with weight management and also support healthy cholesterol levels, which I definitely need since my doctor said mine was a bit high last time I went in. I've been taking some guggul supplements for about three weeks but, like, all I feel is a little more energy. I've been trying to stay consistent, but I’m not sure if it’s really doing anything or if it's just me wanting to believe. I’ve also heard it can help with joint pain, which I've been dealing with after my morning runs.
