Lagta hai aapka agni yani digestive fire thikse kaam nahi kar raha. Ye apke vata aur kapha dosha imbalance ka sanket ho sakta hai. Is ke liye kuch ayurvedic upaay apna sakte hain jo do,shon ko santulit karne mein madad karenge aur bhukh ko badha denge.

Subah uthkar ek glass garam paani, me thoda nimbu aur shahad mila kar consume karein. Yeh apke digestion ko stimulate karega, aur agni ko strong banayega. Khana khane se pehle ginger aur rock salt ka chhota tukda choosne se bhi bhukh ko improve hone mein support milega.

Diet mein kitni til ka tel, ya ghee bhi include karein. Yam, sweet potatoes aur beetroots jaise Mithas wale sabzi lene se bhi vata balance ho sakta hai. Din bhar pani pite rahe, par bhojan ke samay nahi.

Apne meal mein thoda hing aur jeera bhi samil kare. Ye spices pacheekarang ko stimulate karte hain aur bloating ko thik karte hain. Light aur easy-to-digest khana, jaise moong dal khichdi aur steamed vegetable lehen.

Nind aani aur thakan ke liye daily sone se pehle kshira (doodh) mein jaifal ka chura mila kar uska pivaan karein. Yeh soone mein madad karega aur sookshma vayus prakriya ko shaant karega.

Vyayam ya yoga session din mein ek baar jaroor kare, lekin bahut strenuous exercise mat kariye. Surya namaskar aur deep breathing exercises bhi faydemand rahega. Aap panchkarma ke Choorna basti therapy mein bhi consult kar sakte hain, yeh kapha ko balance karega.
