I am really curious about the effects of amla juice. I started drinking it a few days ago after hearing a friend rave about its benefits. I've been feeling kinda sluggish and was hoping it would help boost my energy. A friend said it really worked for them but didn’t say how fast they saw results! Like, I think it’s been about 5 days, and I guess I expected some sort of magic to happen, you know? I read a bunch about how amla juice can support digestion and maybe even help with hair health, which is also something I've been wanting, especially since my hair has been looking so dull lately. Right now, though, I’m just a little impatient. I want to know if my expectations are realistic. How long does it usually take for people to notice amla juice results in how many days?
