is eating soya chunks daily healthy - #37030
I am really confused about this whole soya chunks thing. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to add more plant-based proteins to my diet, ya know? I read that soya chunks are a great source, and I thought, why not eat them daily? I mean, I cook 'em in curries or add to my salads, but I'm starting to worry. Is eating soya chunks healthy every day? Just a week ago, I started feeling some weird stuff, like a bit of bloating and more gas than usual. Not sure if it’s just me or if it’s the soya. I mean, I’ve been mixing them with other veggies, but could I be overdoing it? I read somewhere about phytoestrogens in soya, and now I'm like, is eating soya chunks daily healthy or could it mess with my hormones? I’ve tried to balance it out with other proteins, and some days I really like them—taste kinda good. But then I get these doubts. I’ve seen mixed opinions online, and it just makes it hard to figure out. Am I on the right track? Can I keep eating soya chunks like this without worries or should I cut back? Any advice would really be good!
