I am really curious about apple cider vinegar and especially what is apple cider vinegar made of, cause I've been trying to use it in my wellness routine. A while ago, I read somewhere that it has a whole bunch of health benefits and thought, hey, why not give it a shot? But then I started wondering about the details. Like, what is apple cider vinegar made of exactly? I've been using it to help with digestive issues after meals, and it kinda seems to help? But I'm also skeptical - like, is it just a myth or what? I tried mixing it with water, and it tastes super strong! There’s gotta be something in there that makes it work, right? The label just says apples, but how can just apples do all this? I've heard people talk about how it's good for everything from gut health to skin care, but that made me look even deeper. What is apple cider vinegar made of that’s making it such a superstar?
