I am really curious about papaya and its effects on an empty stomach. Last week, I got a whole bunch from my neighbor's garden, and I was super excited to try them, but then I started wondering if there are any risks. I read somewhere that papaya can be great for digestion, and it's packed with nutrients. But can we eat papaya on empty stomach every morning? I tried it a couple of times, and honestly, I didn’t notice anything odd, but I have a friend who says it can be harsh on the stomach. Like, I’ve had some mild bloating lately, not sure if it’s related... Also, is it true that some people might have reactions if they eat papaya on empty stomach? That kinda worries me. I don’t wanna mess up my system, ya know? It's not that I wanna stop eating it because it’s super tasty, but I’m wanna make sure I’m not doing harm. Could it be beneficial for me or should I just have it later in the day? Like, should I combine it with something else? Super confused here – any insights on this would be awesom!!
