Scientifically aur medically, ek mahine mein 4-6 kg vajan ghatana healthy maana jata hai. Agar aap 20 kg ghatane ki koshish karenge, toh isse weakness, saggy skin, baalo ka jhadna, aur kidney/liver par bura asar pad sakta hai. Lekin, kyunki aapka vajan 90 kg se upar hai, toh shuruat mein vajan tezi se niche aa sakta hai.

Mei suggest karungi k aap tezi se ghatane k bajaye consistent weight loss pe Dhyan de. Weight loss hmei fat loss me krna hai, muscle toning k sath.
