Avoid oily spicy, dairy and bakery products. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Tab.Arogyavardhini 2-0-2 Tab.Garcini 3-0-3 before meal Follow up after 2 weeks.

Ek mahine mein 15-20 kg weight loss sunne mein bahut achha lagta hai, lekin sach ye hai ki itna zyada weight loss itne kam samay mein safe nahi hai. Scientifically aur medically, ek mahine mein 4-6 kg vajan ghatana healthy maana jata hai. Agar aap 20 kg ghatane ki koshish karenge, toh isse weakness, saggy skin, baalo ka jhadna, aur kidney/liver par bura asar pad sakta hai. Lekin, kyunki aapka vajan 90 kg se upar hai, toh shuruat mein vajan tezi se niche aa sakta hai.

Mei suggest karungi k aap tezi se ghatane k bajaye consistent weight loss pe Dhyan de. Weight loss hmei fat loss me krna hai, muscle toning k sath.

Medicine : 1. Medohar Guggulu 2-0-2 2. Triphla Guggulu 2-0-2 3. Navak Guggulu 2-0-2

Diet : 1. Sugar, Maida wali backrest ki cheeze bandh Kare. 2. Raat ka khana 8 baje tk kha lena hai. 3. Pani hmesha lukewarm hi pina hai 4. Mung, chana jaise sabji 5. Gehu k bajaye yava/barley ki roti, bajra ya jawar ki roti b le skte hai. 6. Chawal khana hi hai toh kodo ke chawal kha skte hai. 7. Early morning 2 spoon ghee with lukewarm water le skte hai, 1 -2 ghante k bad khana kha skte hai.

Exercise: 1. 30 minutes walk 2. 5-10 suryanamaskar daily 3. Anuloma vilom pranayam 4. You can join gym too but excess nhi krna hai.

Proper diet aap calorie deficit or protein intake apne BMR se b le skte hai
