One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Bonjour Je comprends votre souci quand les cheveux deviennent longs secs et fins cela arrive souvent avec le temps et avec les permanentes meme si elles sont faites seulement deux fois par an elles fatiguent la fibre du cheveu et assechent le cuir chevelu petit a petit le cheveu perd son epaisseur naturelle

Dans votre cas l alimentation est bonne donc le probleme vient surtout d une secheresse interne et d une fragilisation des racines l objectif est de nourrir les cheveux de l interieur et de reparer doucement de l exterieur

Amla en poudre une demi cuillere a cafe le matin avec de l eau tiede

Bhringraj en poudre une demi cuillere a cafe le soir avec de l eau tiede

2. Pitta Getting Involved: Those chemical treatments (perms) heat things up, which can weaken your hair roots and thin out the hair strands, causing damage.

3. Weak Asthi & Majja Dhatu: Hair thickness is linked to something called Asthi Dhatu in Ayurveda. When you combine chemicals and dryness, your hair isn’t getting the food it needs at the root.

So, it’s really about your hair not getting enough good stuff, not some big hormone problem or disease.

TREATMENT GOAL

* Get your hair’s moisture and oil back in balance. * Make those roots stronger. * Thicken up your hair strands. * Stop more thinning. * Keep your hair safe from future chemical damage.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1.Amalaki Rasayana: Take 1 teaspoon every day with warm water. (This helps with thickness and shine, plus it’s a natural protector.)

2.Ashwagandha Churna: Have ½ teaspoon at night with warm water or milk. (It builds up your tissues and makes your hair less brittle.)

I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that.
