Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Hlo,

Agar aap khali pet ajwain + jeera + saunf + methi dana ko grind karke lete ho, to burping (dakar), gas aur indigestion mein kaafi madad mil sakti hai — lekin sahi tareeke aur dose ke saath lena bahut zaroori hai.

🌿 Is mixture ke fayde (Burping ke liye) 1️⃣ Ajwain Gas todta hai Excess hawa ko bahar nikalta hai Acid reflux aur dakar kam karta hai

2️⃣ Jeera Pachak agni ko balanced karta hai Food fermentation kam karta hai (jo burping ka main reason hota hai)

3️⃣ Saunf Pet ko thandak deta hai Acid + gas dono kam karta hai Mouth freshness bhi deta hai

4️⃣ Methi Dana Acid ko absorb karta hai Gastritis, reflux aur pet ki jalan mein kaam karta hai

👉 Combined effect: ✔ Burping kam ✔ Gas kam ✔ Digestion improve ✔ Pet halka feel hoga

✅ Sahi tarika & dose (Bahut important) Powder ka ratio: Ajwain – 1 chammach Jeera – 1 chammach Saunf – 1 chammach Methi dana – ½ chammach 👉 Sabko halka bhun kar grind karein. 🔹 Kaise lein: ½ chammach powder Garam pani ke saath Subah khali pet ⛔ Zyada mat lein, warna acidity badh sakti hai.

⚠️ Agar burping 6 mahine se zyada ho rahi hai to Sirf gas problem nahi hoti, aksar ye ho sakta hai: Mandagni Amla pitta (acid reflux) Helicobacter pylori type gastritis Vata–Pitta imbalance Isliye ek strong but gentle Ayurvedic support bhi chahiye.

🌱 Aur zyada effective Ayurvedic solution (Highly recommended) 🔸 1️⃣ Hingwashtak Churna Dose: ½ chammach Time: Khane ke baad With: Garam pani 👉 Burping + gas ke liye best classical medicine

🔸 2️⃣ Avipattikar Churna Dose: ½ chammach Time: Raat ko sone se pehle With: Normal pani 👉 Acid reflux aur dakar dono ko root se thik karta hai

🔸 3️⃣ Jeera pani (daily habit) 1 chammach jeera raat bhar bhigo Subah ubal kar ghoont-ghoont piyen ❌ In cheezon se bachiye (Bahut important) Khali pet chai / coffee Bahut late dinner Overeating Khana khate waqt pani

Jaldi-jaldi khana

⏳ Kab tak result dikhega? 3–5 din: Burping kam 2–3 hafte: Digestion strong 1 mahina: Root cause improve

Hello I get how annoying constant burping can be, especially when it’s been going on for months. The good news is, this usually comes down to digestion and can totally be fixed with the right Ayurvedic approach.

YOUR CONCERN

* You’ve been burping a lot for over six months. * It’s not super severe, but it happens all the time. * You haven’t noticed any particular food making it worse. * You’re asking about a mix of ajwain, jeera, saunf, and methi seeds on an empty stomach. * You also want better, long-term ways to stop burping.

What’s Causing It? (Ayurvedic Idea)

Ayurveda says that burping too much is usually because of: –Mandagni: Your digestion is weak. –Vata dominance in the stomach: Too much air/movement in your stomach. –Ama build-up: This means undigested food toxins are hanging around. –Eating at weird times, stress, or eating foods that don’t mix well.

All this leads to: * Food not breaking down right. * Lots of gas. * Burping over and over, even when you haven’t eaten a heavy meal.

AJWAIN– JEERA – SAUNF –METHI MIXTURE

Yes, it can definitely help if you take it the right way!

–Ajwain: Cuts down on gas, helps digestion, and stops bloating. –Jeera: Gets your digestive fire going and stops food from fermenting. –Saunf: Calms your stomach lining and helps with burps caused by too much acid. –Methi seeds: Soaks up extra acid and helps your gut move things along.

How This Mix Helps You:

* You’ll burp less often. * Your digestion will slowly get better. * Less gas will form. * It helps clean out your gut.

How to Take It Correctly (Listen Up!)

Take: * 1 teaspoon Ajwain * 1 teaspoon Jeera * 1 teaspoon Saunf * ½ teaspoon Methi seeds

Lightly toast them in a dry pan, then grind them into a powder. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder with warm water.

Best time: First thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Keep it up: For 14 to 21 days straight.

If you start feeling burning or more acidity, stop taking it and let someone know.

A Better, More Effective Ayurvedic Plan

1.INTERNAL MEDICATION (Really Works!)

Hingvashtak Churna: Take ½ teaspoon with warm water before lunch and dinner. Great for constant gas and burping.

Avipattikar Churna:(If you have acidity) Take ½ teaspoon at bedtime with warm water.

DIET PLAN

INCLUDE * Warm, fresh meals. * Rice, moong dal, veggie soups. * Buttermilk with toasted jeera (after lunch). * Sip warm water.

AVOID * Cold drinks. * Tea or coffee on an empty stomach. * Bakery stuff, pizza, fast food. * Eating late at night. * Too many onions, cabbage, cauliflower.

DAILY HABIT

* Eat at the same times every day.
*   Chew your food well.
* Don't lie down right after eating.
* Walk for 10 minutes after meals.
* Chill out more (stress makes burping worse).

Your burping problem starts in your gut. Once your digestion gets stronger, the burping will naturally stop. The seed mix helps, but changing your diet and taking the right Ayurvedic medicines will give you much longer-lasting relief.

🧾 About the Mixture (Ajwain + Jeera + Saunf + Methi) - Ajwain (carom seeds): Reduces gas, bloating, and indigestion. - Jeera (cumin): Improves digestion, reduces acidity, and calms the stomach. - Saunf (fennel): Relieves burping, bloating, and freshens breath. - Methi (fenugreek seeds): Helps with acid reflux and supports gut health.

👉 Taken on an empty stomach, this mixture can: - Reduce gas formation and belching. - Improve digestion and metabolism. - Provide mild relief from acidity.

⚠️ Note: Methi is slightly heavy; if taken in excess, it may cause loose stools. Keep the mixture small (½ tsp ground mix with warm water).

🌼 Other Gentle Remedies for Burping - Warm water sipping in the morning instead of cold water. - Ginger tea or a small piece of fresh ginger after meals. - Buttermilk with roasted jeera powder (excellent for acidity and burping). - Avoid triggers: carbonated drinks, chewing gum, eating too fast. - Posture: Don’t lie down immediately after meals; sit upright for 20–30 minutes.

Warm Regards Dr. Anjali Sehrawat

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

HELLO,

In Ayurveda, frequent burping is mainly caused by weak digestive fire and vitiation of Vata and Kapha dosha, sometimes with mild pitta involvement

Because you do not have specific food triggers and the problem is chronic, it suggest:- -Improper digestion of food -Accumulation of Ama (toxins due to incomplete digestion) -Gas formation and upward movement of Vata

BENEFITS OF CONSUMING AJWAIN, JEERA, SAUNF AND METHI If you grind Ajwain, Jeera, Saunf, and Methi seeds and take them on an empty stomach, the benefits are

1) AJWAIN -strong deepana and pachana = improves digestion -reduces gas, bloating, and trapped air -relaxes the gastrointestinal muscles

2) JEERA -improves secretion of digestive enzymes -reduces fermentation in the gut -helps balance vata and pitta

3) SAUNF -calms the stomach lining -reduces acidity-related burping -prevents reflux and bitter taste

4) METHI -strengthens digestive fire gradually -absorbs excess acid -improves gut mobility

COMBINED EFFECT -reduces frequent burping -improves digestion -prevents gas formation -reduces acidity and reflux -helps in long term gut correction

HOW TO TAKE THIS MIXTURE -Ajwain=1 tsp -jeera= 1 tsp -saunf= 1 tsp - methi= 1/2 tsp

METHOD -dry roast lightly except saunf -grind into a fine powder -store in an airtight container

DOSAGE -1/2 tsp powder -take with lukewarm water -once daily in the morning on an empty stomach

Do not exceed the dose, as Ajwain is heating

MORE EFFECTIVE AYURVEDIC REMEDIES FOR BURPING

1) HING WATER- highly recommended -add a pinch of Hing in warm water -drink after meals -excelllent for vata related burping

2) GINGER REMEDY -chew a small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of rock salt before meals -improves digestion and prevents gas formation

3) BUTTERMILK THERAPY After lunch -1 glass thin buttermilk -add roasted jeera powder + pinch of rock salt -avoid at night This is one of the best Ayurvedic remedies for chronic gas and burping

DIET AND LLIFESTYLE CORRECTIONS

AVOID -tea, coffee especially empty stomach -cold drinks -fried and oily food -eating late at night -overeating

FOLLOW -eat at fixed times -eat slowly, chew properly -avoid drinking water immediately after meals -dinner before 8 pm

SIMPLE YOGIC SUPPORT -Vajrasana= 10 min after meals -Pawanmuktasana= daily -deep breathing Anulom Vilom

EXPECTED RESULTS -relief in 7-10 days -significant improvement in 3-4 weeks -long term correction if diet is followed properly

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.

I am working in Ayurveda field from some time now, started out as a general physician at Chauhan Ayurveda Hospital in Noida. That place taught me a lot—how to handle different types of patients in OPD, those daily cases like fever, digestion issues, body pain... but also chronic stuff which keeps coming back. After that I moved to Instant Aushadhalya—an online Ayurveda hospital setup. Whole different space. Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

I am currently pursuing my MD in Panchakarma, and by now I carry 3 yrs of steady clinical experience. Panchakarma for me is not just detox or some fancy retreat thing — it’s the core of how Ayurveda actually works to reset the system. During my journey I’ve handled patients with arthritis flares, chronic back pain, migraine, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalance, even skin and stress-related disorders... and in almost every case Panchakarma gave space for deeper healing than medicines alone. Working hands-on with procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana gave me a lot of practical insight. It's not just about performing the therapy, but understanding timing, patient strength, diet before and after, and how their mind-body reacts to cleansing. Some respond quick, others struggle with initial discomfort, and that’s where real patient support matters. I learnt to watch closely, adjust small details, and guide them through the whole process safely. My approach is always patient-centric. I don’t believe in pushing the same package to everyone. I first assess prakriti, agni, mental state, lifestyle, then decide what works best. Sometimes full Panchakarma isn’t even needed — simple modifications, herbs, or limited therapy sessions can bring results. And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.
