I am 30. Yes a bit of stress is there and there is no recorded illness and I haven’t taken any medications. Digestion is good but sometimes in the morning I have sour stomach

When the mind is involved only a strong will power will help you fight over the condition. 🧘‍♀️ Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only. ❌ Donot get yourself into any addictions. ❌ Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ❌ Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. Filter the content of data you consume… Let it be spiritual or positive… ✔️ Drink a glass of buffalo milk daily before you sleep; it will help you get a sound sleep. ✔️ 100 steps after both meals are must. ✔️ Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ✔️ Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. 💊 Medication: 💊 Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Hello dear, This indicates the side effects of chronic stress I would suggest : 1.Raspachak vati 1-0-1 after meals twice a day. 2.brahma rasayan 1-0-1 tea spoon twice a day after meals. 3. Meltofast 5 mg before sleeping 4. Sutganda vati 0-0-2 after dinner with water. Distract yourself whenever you have negative thoughts- go for a walk daily -45 minutes in the morning.
