What should I know about using Himalayan supplements for my overall wellness? - #22014
I am really curious about Himalayan supplements since I’ve read so much about how they can help with various health issues. A few months ago, I started feeling really fatigued and out of energy. I tried changing my diet but that didn’t seem to do much. Then I heard about Himalayan supplements packed with minerals and stuff, and thought maybe they could help? I started taking some, but the results have been kinda meh. It’s like I read all those glowing reviews online and now I’m like, what’s the deal here? I mainly got a Himalayan salt supplement thinking it would boost my energy, but I keep questioning if it’s even doing anything? I mean, should I be taking it with something else? Or am I doing it wrong? Also, it’s just a little hard to find the right one, ya know?
