I am really curious about this 15 gram shilajit I read about online. I mean, I've been feeling super low energy lately, like, even my morning coffee isn’t cutting it anymore! So, I thought, maybe I should try this 15 gram shilajit thing. The thing is, I've heard a lot of mixed things about it. Some people say that just 15 gram shilajit can make you feel like a superhero, and others are more skeptical, saying it’s not all it's cracked up to be. Just the other day, I was telling my friend about feeling sluggish, and she suggested I look into 15 gram shilajit, but I want to know, is it safe? Like, is there any risk I should be aware of?
