I am really confused about how much karela juice to drink everyday because I recently started this whole journey towards better health. A few weeks back, my doctor told me my blood sugar was a bit high, and I've heard that karela juice is great for managing that. But like, everytime I read about it, the advice is all over the place! Some say one glass is enough, others talk about two or three. Ugh, it's frustrating! I've tried it a couple of times, and honestly, the taste takes some getting used to, but I’m willing to push through if it helps my sugar levels. Also, should I mix it with something, like lemon or ginger, to make it more palatable? I’m really not sure how to incorporate it properly into my daily routine. I mean, can I drink it on an empty stomach? Or is it better after meals? How much karela juice to drink everyday feels like a mystery to me! Anyone got insights?
