I am really curious about something. I've been hearing a lot about gut health lately, and I remember my grandma always used to say that ghee and honey are like magic together for digestion. I tried having them both together in a sweet treat, but then I started doubting if that’s really a good idea. Can we consume ghee and honey together safely? I mean, I’ve read some articles claiming they're great for balancing doshas, but I’ve also come across some sources saying you shouldn’t mix them. Like last week, I made some Ayurvedic cookies with both ingredients, and my tummy felt strange afterward. Was it something I did wrong? Or is it the combination that can cause issues? Honestly, I find the whole thing confusing. My friend swears by mixing them, saying it boosts energy and immunity. But now I just don’t know! I want to enjoy my ghee and honey treats without worrying about any consequences. What do you all think? Thanks for any insights!
