I am really trying to figure out this whole weight loss thing and need some advice. I recently heard that "is triphala good for weight loss?" and I'm honestly curious. Last month, I started a new diet because I gained way more weight than I wanted—about 15 pounds! Ugh! I also tried some intense workouts but I feel like nothing's working. My friend mentioned triphala after she had success with it, but I'm not sure. I mean, I often have stomach issues like bloating and irregularity, and I read that triphala can help with digestion. Is it safe to use that along with my other weight loss plans? Also, how do I take it? Should I expect results soon, or is this gonna be one of those long-term things? I just want to feel good again! If anyone has some experience or advice about "is triphala good for weight loss,” I’d love to hear it!
