I am really confused and kinda worried. A few months ago, I started experienceing some weight gain, and no matter how much I try to eat healthy or exercise, it just wouldn’t budge. A friend recommended the Planet Ayurveda FenuGym Capsule, saying it works wonders for weight management. I thought, why not give it a go, right? After researching it, I found that it helps with metabolism and appetite control, which sounds ideal for my situation. But here’s my issue: I’ve been taking the Planet Ayurveda FenuGym Capsule for about three weeks, and I feel like I’ve gained more weight! It’s super frustrating because I also started keeping track of my meals and activity. My digestion has improved, but I don't see the scale moving at all! Anyone else had a similar experience with this capsule? Is there something I’m missing here? I’m worried maybe I’m not taking it right or maybe with my body type, it’s not suitable? Also, how long should I give the Planet Ayurveda FenuGym Capsule before expecting results? Any insights or advice would be grately appreciated. Feeling kinda lost here!
