I've been hearing a lot about the benefits of amla juice lately, like how good it is for digestion and boosting immunity, but I’m not sure when the best time to take it is. I usually have my mornings rushed with work, and sometimes I forget to fit in health stuff, you know? I read somewhere that drinking amla juice at night may help with sleep and overall well-being, but might it be a mistake? Last week, I tried having a small glass of amla juice right before bed because I was curious if it would help settle my stomach after a long day of eating junk, but then I ended up feeling kinda weird—like a bit too energetic if that makes sense? Was that just me, or can I drink amla juice at night without worrying? I saw mixed opinions on this online, with some people saying it can upset your stomach if taken too late.
